Iva Water Works
The Town of Iva Water Works Department serves approximately 1,200 customers. The Department is a member of the South Carolina Rural Water Association and meets the guidelines set forth by the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and the South Carolina Department if Health and Environmental Control (DHEC).

The Water Works Department is located in the Town Clerk's Office in the Town Hall, located at 204 East Jackson Street in Iva.
Billing and Payment
Billing is per monty for Water and Sewer. Payment is due by the 10th day of each month. If payment has not been received by the 10th day of the month, a 10% penalty is assessed to the account. If payment is more than 30 days late, the account is considered delinquent and disconnection may occur.If service is disconnected due to delinquency in payment, a reconnection fee of $25 may be charged.

Bank draft is accepted after application has been completed by the customer and account holder.
Applications are available at the Iva Town Hall.
A Drop Box is located on the right of the main entry door of the Iva Town Hall.
Service Connection/Disconnection
A completed application for services is required for new accounts.An application can be obtained from the Iva Town Hall. A $25 connection fee is required for all new services. A security deposit of $50 is required for new service located inside town limits and a $70 security deposit i s required for new service located outside city limits
